Terms of engagement

Accoding to  these terms of engagement (hereinunder referred to as "Contractor"), on the one hand, and natural person - user of the site advise-me.com.ua (hereinunder reffered to as "Client"), on the other hand, hereinafter collectively “Parties” and individually – the “Party”, have concluded agreement in electronic form as follows:



1.1. Contractor shall provide Client for mutually agreed charge and terms of this Agreement one of the following services:

  • applying for and receiving individuals' tax number;
  • filling and submitting of income tax declaration to Ukrainian tax authorities;
  • liaising with Ukrainian tax authorities re individuals' taxation issues;
  • accompanying of simplified (apostille) and consular legalization procedure of the official documents;
  • accompanying of foreign court decisions' recognition in Ukraine;
  • negotiating with contractual parties and partners;
  • liaise and correspondence with government and other official bodies;
  • drafting and revision of the contracts, agreements, requests and other business correspondence;
  • individual's advising in other issues, matters  and fields of activity in Ukraine. 

1.2. Client selects certain service from the list, mentioned in the clause 1.1. while filling request on service provision on Contractor's site.



2.1. Contractor is obliged to:

2.1.1. Provide in full legal advisory and support in Ukraine.

2.1.2. Submit (receive) on behalf of the Client to government and municipal bodies, partners all necessary documents in order to provide services .

2.2. Client is obliged to:

2.2.1. Fill in the request on the site advise-me.com.ua, mention all necessary data for the correspondence.

2.2.2. Make payments on timely manner according to the terms of this Agreement.

2.2.3. To send on Contractor's e-mail advise.me.ua@gmail.com scanned copies of the documents if necessary. If originals are necessary for the services provision, Parties will agree additionally means for the delivery.

2.2.4. Issue on Contractor's name power of attorney for Client's representation in government and municipal bodies.



3.1. The fee for the provided services will be defined additionally - upon receipt of Client's request. Contractor send the response with the fees for the services, currency of the Agreement and payment - depend on circumstances of the request, specialty of the service provision, necessity in information or documents' exchange between the Parties..

3.3. Payment will be made by the Client in the currency of issued invoice.  

3.3. Client will make advance payment under the terms of this Agreement on the basis of the issued invoice by  wire transfer on Contractor's amount.

3.4. Client will reimburse Contractor documentary proven expenses, connected with provision of the services under the terms of this Agreement (duties, taxes, any familiar payments, made by the Contractor on behalf of the Client).

3.5. Upon completion of the services, Parties will sign act on rendered services.



4.1.  According to Ukrainian legislation and legislation of EU in the field of personal data protection, Client by signing (agreeing / accepting)  this Agreement in electronic form  expresses his/her full consent to the entry of his/her personal data into the Coontractor’s database and agrees that the data will be processed (in particular that the data will be collected, accumulated, organized, stored, itemized, used, depersonalized, blocked and terminated) and authorizes Contractor to use his/her personal data so that Contractor and/or its partners can provide the relevant services.

4.2. Client by signing (agreeing / accepting)  this Agreement in electronic form  confirms receipt of the notification regarding  inclusion of the information about Client in Contractor's personal data database for the purpose, mentioned in the clause 4.1 of this Agreement.

4.3. Client by signing (agreeing / accepting)  this Agreement in electronic form  confirms aquaintance and receipt the terms of Confidentiality agreement (confidentiality policy) posted on Contractor's site (URL - /en/privacy).



5.1. In case of non-execution or improper execution of obligations under this Agreement Parties are liable in accordance with applicable laws of Ukraine.

5.2. Any disputes, discrepancies or disagreements, which may arise out of the present contract or in relation hereto, unless the parties agree on their settlement, may be submitted to the court at the defendant's location.           

5.3. Assignment of rights and obligations under this Agreement will be made by mutual agreement of the Parties.  


6. ForCE majeure.

6.1. The Customer and the Contractor shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations hereunder to the extent that such performance is prevented or impeded by the force majeure. The force majeure shall mean the circumstances which the parties could not foresee or avoid after a reasonable assessment.

6.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the performance of obligations or a part thereof under the contract, the party affected by such circumstance shall immediately notify the other party of their occurrence. The evidence of the force majeure referred to in Clause 9.1 hereof and its duration shall be the documents issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or by authorized bodies of the country in the territory of which these circumstances occurred.

6.3. In case of inability to fulfill its obligations during more than 3 monthes each of the party in entitled to terminate the Agreement. In case of termination parties should make all necessary payments within 10 bank days.



7.1. This Agreement shall become valid when request on the site is completed and shall effect until full execution of all obligations by the Parties.



8.1. Services under this Agreement should be provided according to Ukrainian legislation.

8.2. All amendments and side letters should be integral part of this Agreement. 

8.3. Client's name and means of communication should be pointed in corresponding field of electronic request, which is filled by the Client on Contractor's site.

8.4. By signing of this Agreement Parties gives their consents on conclusion of the Agreement in electronic form according to the article 639 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.    

8.5. Client confirms acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by pressing the button "Accept" in link received on e-mail. In case Client would like to amend terms of the Agreement or written agreement with signatures is needed, he(she) informs Contractor via e-mail.
